Having trained in marketing at Ford Motor Company, Richard went on to help develop leading international communications agency, Imagination, taking responsibility for consultancy, creative and client services. After setting up and later selling his own brand and communications agency, Richard has spent the last ten years working closely with clients looking to build their leadership position. Client assignments range from strategic message mapping and narrative development, through to communications experience design. At the core of Richard’s skills is the focus on improving personal performance in the delivery of compelling communications.
