Fiona is an experienced professional coach who supports individuals and teams to step up and fulfil their whole potential through an approach that combines self-reflection with impactful, courageous action. She facilitates deeper awareness and appreciation of team dynamics for working together creatively and generatively, resolving conflict and making a purposeful, positive impact.

A Fulbright scholar with a Ph.D. in Performance Studies from New York University and a background in both the UK and US corporate world, she is delighted to count world-leading organizations and brands among her clients, including Alexander McQueen, Google, Soho House and Sport UK. She is on the faculty of The School of Life and a regular facilitator with Guardian Masterclasses as well as a contributor to The Guardian, the Independent, CNN Money and Psychologies.
